I am ten days PO and while I have much healing to do, I am so pleased with Dr Saar and his staff. He's highly confident and I cannot wait to be through with the healing process to enjoy the results of my elective surgeries. I have had to contact the office staff a.few times with questions and from pre-op until now I have only been met with kindness and help. My recovery has been pleasantly mild and am very grateful for that.

I had Dr. Saar remove the breast implants that I had had for 52 years. They were misshaped, ruptured, and hard. I think I think some immune problems I was having were related to these implants. The office staff along with Dr. Saar was excellent and so easy to talk to. I don't think there was another Dr. who could have done a better job. I was surprised after all these years that I actually have nice natural breasts. They love the feel of having them out. Sure they sag some after all I am 67 years old. It is nothing a bar doesn't take care of. Thank You, Dr. Saar

I highly recommend Dr. Saar. I was treated by him after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr. Saar took the time to explain each step of the surgical process for my choice and course of treatment, in language that was easy to understand. In addition, not only his nursing and office staff friendly and accommodating, they are also knowledgeable, and willing to take time to answer questions as you navigate your health journey.

We had a horrible car wreck that caused severe soft tissue damage to my thighs (due to seatbelts). We visited surgeons in Dallas and Tyler. We chose Dr. Saar because he was so SURE about what should/could be done! He thoroughly explained every single step from beginning to end! It all went as planned and described. His entire staff is beyond accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We love 'em!!

Dr. Saar and his staff were excellent...!!! I highly recommend this Doctor . He explains everything in detail and answers your questions. I had explant with a Brest lift and some moles removed. He did an excellent job and I'm very happy I choose him. The office staff was very courteous and was very helpful in getting me appointment times and surgery times that fit with my busy schedule.
