Dr. James Sandwich, MD

I availed his services for my teen aged 14 years who had acne related issues and he prescribed strong medication of benzoyl peroxide with high percentage of medication that deteriorated the condition further. I would think that he should be aware of what levels of medication work depending on the profile of patients and at least warn patients of doing a patch test before applying all over. I felt his appraoch was extremely callous.

Dr.Sandwich was super helpful! I did a online visit with him within a hour he reviewed my photos and gave me a treatment plan thats working incredibly!! I went to so many dermatologists and nobody was really helpful. Would recommend this doctor anytime of the day! Thank you

This doctor was able to diagnose my skin condition. Something that the emergency room physician and my primary care doctor, couldn’t. He’s very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend him. If I give him five stars, it’s because he truly deserves it, which he does!

My only experience with Dr. Sandwich for MOHS surgery was barely 3 stars. For starters, I had NEVER once met or been introduced to Dr. Sandwich prior to surgery (only his staff) and that day he never introduced himself or acknowledged me in any way. He entered the room, started talking football with his assistant, grabbed a scalpel and began cutting and talking football. He finished and walked out. I didn't exist as a human, just an object. Second, was the scheduling incompetence. They sent me to a plastic surgeon "to close" but the time kept changing (3x). Alas, it seemed to work in my favor as they told me to drive there after the surgery which would save me a few hours. I thought, "great! less time with this makeshift bloody gauze/bandaid" on my face. However, as we pulled into the plastic surgeon's office (30 mins away) the Dr. Sandwich office called and said they changed the appt until tomorrow. What?!? The PS saw me anyway, but no thanks to the incompetence from team Sandwich.

Excellent experience with dr Sandwich. Very open to questions and patience with explaining procedures. He did not rush our appointment and made me feel extremely comfortable about my pending procedures.

Was recommended to Dr. Sandwich by friend. I could not be more happier with service. Professional and friendly demeanor. Took his time to answer the many questions I had regarding my skin condition. His staff was courteous the entire visit and even offered to make more coffee for me. Billing was fair and acceptable based upon Metro area - actually a little cheaper from what I have come to learn. Currently trying to get another appointment for separate condition. Highly recommended!!!

I saw Dr Luchetti and unfortunately I have to say I had an awful experience. She was rude and short on every visit. She sat there complaining about medicine and how doctors don’t make any money anymore. When she asked where I was from originally, and I told her, she proceeded to bash the state and made a racist comment that “everyone there is brown” referring to the Hispanic population. I was appalled. On my last visit she looked at me and said she just didn’t know what to do with my skin.

Be careful about overbilling. They would not reduce my bill even after I told them they were incorrect. Do not go to this doctor's office

We had the best experience with Dr. Sandwich! His staff is the epitome of professional! Dr. Sandwich spent time with us, to make sure we were at ease with what he was doing, at all times! I absolutely can not say enough good stuff regarding this practice. I wish he had chosen General Practice, his bedside manner is phenomenal! We would HIGHLY recommend him and his staff for any of your dermatological needs!
