Excellent physician
Dr. Sterling was very knowledgeable. His staff was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with my student varsity athlete. His exam shocked all off us, we didn't even see the problem she was having until he demonstrated her exam reliably three times. He placed prompt requests for imaging and we will see him soon in follow up. he has great communication with the school staff. He is an excellent physician. I recommend any parents take your kids to see him if they are in competitive sports.

Was given incorrect information
I went in for a visit. I was told they do payment plans and so does the hospital. I was also told that I would get a call by the end of the week to schedule surgery. All of that was false. No one called me. I had to call them. I had to ask for a schedule for my surgery. Then I was told by the same person that they nor the hospital does payment plans. She also could not give me a price.

Dr. Sterling has treated my son and has always shown the utmost in professionalism and bed side manner. He recognizes that as a parent we are sometimes prone to letting our anxieties get the best of us. He is a calming presence.
