Dr. Jamie Grossman, MD

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Grossman. She was dismissive of my pain and symptoms and seemed more focused on criticizing the surgeon who previously treated me rather than addressing my concerns. Her comments implied that my prior surgery was the wrong choice, which felt both unprofessional and unnecessary.Instead of exploring all options with me, she used fear-based rhetoric to dissuade me from considering surgery. She seemed determined to refer me to a pain management doctor in her clinic but struggled to explain what new treatments they could offer—listing medications I had already tried. Had she taken the time to review my chart or listen to me, she would have known that.Overall, I felt unheard and dismissed. A more patient-centered approach, with a willingness to listen and acknowledge the patient’s prior experiences, would go a long way in improving her practice.

Dr Grossman discussed my condition and offered a sound course of treatment. She was clear about what to expect. She is highly professional and has a very caring manner.

Dr. Grossman saw my father after he broke his arm. She was very patient and kind with my elderly father and recommended a course of treatment that was realistic given his age and cognitive limitations. My father has since made a full recovery. Thank you Dr. Grossman!

Dr. Grossman took my concerns seriously, listened well, and was able to talk through next steps. She took her time, I didn’t feel rushed out of her office and she answered all my questions.

Great experience with Dr. Jamie Grossman. She listens carefully, explains options, and clearly explains her recommendations. She’s friendly and professional, answering all questions whether at a visit or through email (very responsive to email). My hip replacement went without a hitch. Dr. Grossman was encouraging before the surgery and called the day after to make sure I was comfortable, that I understood all post-op instructions, and answer any additional questions. Very pleased with Dr. Grossman and her team; highly recommend.
