Outstanding
What can I say other than the best medical experiences in my life! Great staff, follow up and care, and minimal pain. She went above and beyond managing my wound care with my diabetes. She checked daily and even on the weekends.

Extremely happy with Dr. Lynch and her team. She performed shoulder surgery tomorrow on my son, great communication skills and the surgery went as planned, very small incisions. We are very happy with results!

Went in for a shoulder tear (not my first one) and dr Lynch suggested therapy over an MRI. Went elsewhere and had an MRA done which revealed two tears that were surgically corrected. Dr. Lynch was dismissive of my concerns throughout my entire experience and would do well to improve her listening skills and empathy.

She was knowledgeable and thorough and very professional. I was very glad to hear that I would not have to have surgery and this problem could be helped with physical therapy. I would highly recommend her as an orthopedic specialist.

I have been very satisfied with the quality of care provided by Dr. Lynch. She is knowledgeable, thorough and engaged in your well being. Always takes the time to answer my questions, even if the list is long. I highly recommend Dr Lynch. As to the review about the long wait.,,. Not every day can be perfect and smooth. At Hardy Oak it is an exception if not called within 10 min of my scheduled appointment, assuming I show up on time. Once in the exam room, Dr Lynch is in within a few minutes.

Dr. Lynch needs to reevaluate her belief in the vitality of listening to her patients. Some people just speak LOUDLY. Thanks to Dr. Lynch I spoke at length with my doctor about my loud speaking. He got so tickled. Some people just talk loud, he told me.
