Staff is kind. Susan, med tech is ver nice. Dr. Tueth is busy and seems rushed at times, but is attentive and listens when she’s with you.

What a bad experience
I saw Dr. Tueth for over 5 years. During that time she was okay but I changed my opinion after a lot of complicated medical issues developed through over medication.

Dr. Tueth is on top of things! She listens intently and knows exactly what to do! She and her staff get things done immediately and when your test results come back she/they contact you right away! She is a kind, gentle and understanding doctor and I would recommend her to anyone!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Dr Tueth and her staff. I kept thinking that if I gave them one more chance, I hoped that my experience would be pleasant and positive, like I expect from a DR. The receptionist told me that DR Tueth refused to let me keep my appointment. The waiting room was empty. But they insisted on making me reschedule. I opted to request my records and move on. There were only 2 of my 4 visits in their computer. woops- seems like they keep not so great records.

The office staff is not helpful. They do not follow through with requests. Expect a 10 to 15 minute wait before anyone answers the phone.

At first I loved Dr. Tueth, but things went south quickly. She is one of those doctors that sends you off to see specialist for everything. I was really looking for a general doctor who could take care of the small stuff, but everything ended up being a referral to another SSM doctor. Last straw was a script that was completely inappropriate for my condition. She didnt bother to even open my file and just prescribed. No trust left at that point.

Saw Dr. Tueth for frequent rib/stomach pain. She told me it was heartburn, even after I insisted it was not. I was dismissed and felt I hadn't been listened to at all. Switched primary care doctors and had my gallbladder out less than a month later.
