Unprofessional, dismissive, and rude
Worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. Dr. Zucker came in loud, rude, and arrogant to tell my fiance that she was "healthy and nothing could be wrong" despite sharing a long list of symptoms. He dismissed our concerns several times, telling her "well I don't know why you're acting like you're blind," "you're seeing 20/20 nothing is wrong," (there is, indeed, something wrong) and "I don't have an answer for you so you're just going to have to deal with it." Stated that he would run some tests "just to make sure we have it documented that we did it." Horribly unprofessional. As someone who works in healthcare, the first thing you learn is to listen to and believe the patient's concerns because they know their body best. Apparently Dr. Zucker missed that class. Expect to be demeaned, questioned, talked down to, and have your concerns dismissed. And don't forget that your issue won't actually be addressed. We have never had a worse experience in an office. I had eyelid surgery by Dr Zucker. It went OK. One eye had to be redone. But the reason I give one stare is one of the front office staff. I am disabled. Today when checking out there were 2 people in front of me. I said to one of the office staff I cannot stand this long I need to sit down. She laughed at me!!! I said Do you think it's funny having a spinal cord injury? She didn't say anything. I will not go back there.
