If you have elderly parents do not allow them to go to this dr. This dr along with his staff are unprofessional and have no caring bone in their body. My father had lung cancer and it was extremely difficult to get a hold of this dr my mother would leave message after message with no return she finally went to the office to ask the dr questions and was yelled at by his staff for not having an appointment. They even tried to call security when she said she would file a complaint with the medical board. If you love your family do not let them have to go through more pain and hardship with people like this.

If you want a well rounded experience, go somewhere else. If the friendliness of front desk matters to you, go somewhere else. If you are worried about your condition and want a doctor that sincerely listens, go somewhere else. If you want an appointment within a two week timeframe, go somewhere else.

Staff is very bad with communication and it is so hard to get in touch with anyone other than the voice operated recording.

He takes time and seems concerned about and caring with patient. Some of his staff prevents it from being excellent by not explaining situation with enough details or scheduling appointments with care and transparency.
