His exam was very thorough he is nice and funny too lol and ultimately gave me the diagnosis that I knew I more than likely had. I will see him again soon after my MRI he marked urgent and will need surgery. All in one visit as prompt good advice and a hopeful outcome… thank you Doc see u soon

He made me feel as if my medical issues were beneath his skills, and I was there only to waste his time; offered no options for treatment unless I "just liked to have surgery." Rushed through the visit; he spent approximately 10 minutes with me, then told me I could schedule a follow-up appointment if I wanted. The worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's appointment.

I saw Dr. Muizelaar at UC Davis while he was here in Sacramento. I have multiple aneurysms which he consulted with me about. It was the single best MD visit I have ever had in 60 plus year. He is straight-forward, kind, superbly skilled and talked with me as if he had all the time in the world. I walked out of his office astonished at his expertise and great "human" skills. I would fly across country to see him again if I neede a neurosurgeon.
