Incompetent, rude, uncaring and callous
Dr. Keating is an uncaring, rude and incompetent doctor she’s only cares about your insurance and will not address your woman’s health issues, she will treat you like a number and will not give you the care that you deserve nor that you scheduled. She will make you wait an extended period of time just to tell you to reschedule for an ultrasound and will rush the GYN exam. She is dismissive to any concerns and will not help you. Don’t waste time seeing this provider because she will either misdiagnose you and or will dismiss you entirely. Not knowledgeable about anything should not be practicing medicine at all. Stay away and go elsewhere !

Dr Keating was excelent
I found a lump in my breast. Dr Keating saw me within a couple days. She was very attentive. Listen to me and took her time. I was very pleased with her.

I personally think the poor ratings weren't accurate at all. Everyone has bad days, but it's not fair to give their doctor a bad rating based on their incident. Dr. (Platz) Keating treated me with respect and was very professional during each and every visit. She also took the time to help me understand all my different options. I highly recommend her and please don't let the ratings left from circumstance sway your opinion of her.

My Doctor left, and I was so nervous about finding a new one. Dr. Platz is wonderful and I don’t think I could have found a better doctor. My exam was not nearly as painful as I had experienced prior with other ones (I’ve moved long distances a lot in the past 12 years). She was gentle and guided me through what was going to happen at every step of the exam. She spent time talking to me before and after the exam. I am extremely pleased.

She is kind and considerate concerning my health scare. She probably has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen in a female dr, she is not my normal gyno but if mine retires, I will switch to her in a heartbeat.

I receive prenatal care at a large practice where Dr. Platz is employed. I will try my hardest to never have to encounter her again. She came in the room looking like she had poor hygiene (very greasy hair pulled in a bun on top of her head). She was very cold and brought ZERO comfort to the visit. When I expressed my concerns she dismissed me. When I voiced my fears about delivery, her remarks did not give me confidence in her abilities or her degree of commitment to care as a doctor.

My child was stillborn. Dr. Platz was the doctor on call and I did not see her once through the whole process until about 30 minutes AFTER I delivered. When I asked her what to expect (first pregnancy) and if recovery would just feel like a really bad period, she told me she didn't know, she had never been pregnant before. She was very matter of fact. She showed absolutely ZERO Compassion for what I had been through. I did not see her again after the 5 minutes she gave me after delivery.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Platz. This was my first time ever getting a pap smear or putting anything more than a tampon up there and I was not talked through or walked through the process. When it was time for the actual pap smear everything was rushed. I wasn't told what she was going to do first and all I felt was the metal clamped shoved inside of me. It was one of the most excruciating pains I ever felt. Do not go here!
