Dr. Jane Disa, DO

Horrible experience. Took my mom to her appt. we were sent to different buildings which made us a little late. She turned my mom away wouldn’t even see her. She had bad swelling in ankles and feet which has been cause for concern for weeks. It was already difficult to get appt.. For the doctor to turn her away is completely unacceptable. No doctor should be allowed to turn patients away just because they’re 10 minutes late. Nobody’s fault they don’t tell exactly where to go and then when asking the front desk they sent us to 3 different buildings. I’m highly disappointed with this D’isa Smith and office. It just shows she/nurses/ residents doesn’t care about the patients. Not to mention how the front desk receptionist was BEYOND rude. But Cleveland clinic provide the best health care? Yeah right.

She is very professional and thorough. She has contacted me at home after hours to go over lab/test results and shows concern in my health. Appointments are usually scheduled far out and her schedule at Southpoint allows for only a couple of days a week. I have recommended her to others and an confident I am getting excellent care. Office staff has gotten better for helpfulness as of lately. Some office staff are unconcerned.

Heartless woman. Very saddened by the treatment I received from her. I hope she treats others better.
