My experience with Dr. Chiang has been excellent. At our first appointment she knew my medical history and spent a great deal of time explaining what it all meant. She is obviously quite smart and very personable. My following visits have been just as excellent as the first.

I dont understand where the one star review came from but my experience isn’t QUITE different. I was recommend by PCP to see Dr Chiang. She is really smart and explained things very well. She loked at medical charts and the readings I gave her. After over 13 years of having diabetes, Janet was the only one who took a scientific approach to figuring out what type of diabetes I have. We worked out a plan to figure out to deal with my case. She also made she she answered all my questions.

Because the previous review was very personality-oriented and because we needed an appointment quickly, we decided to give Dr. Chiang a try, despite that one bad rating (couldn't find any others on other sites either). We had a very good experience with her. Got the appt quickly, she came in prepared (knew my son's medical history already from file review), and was thorough throughout. Very friendly and personable as well. First impression was very good. Will update later after treatment.
