The Dr. is very great with patient communication. Procedures went very well and I feel I'm getting great professional services from her and the office! Highly recommend.

Poor care from Dr. Harris Hicks
I received excellent care from the staff and Angela Naples. Angela printed out a complete recommendation for care after her testing. I had to get further urodynamic testing before Dr. Hicks would see me. had to do urodynamic testing twice. Because the first tech was just learning and did not insert the information. So we had to redo the testing very uncomfortable. when I got to Dr. Harris. I had high bp. I had to get that under control before she could really treat me. All the testing and waiting was stressful.. She wanted to do shots to strengthen the vaginal wall. She did not want to do the total hysterectomy where the uterus was leaning on the bladder. She just wanted to lift the bladder. Do the shots and put me on pills that I could not swallow because I have a narrow esophagus. In all this waiting to be treated in a proper way, I ended up in the hospital for five days with UTI sepsis kidney infection, pneumonia. Dr. Hicks ignored Angela Naples Recommendations.

So glad I didn’t use this doctor. I was told to cancel my second opinion about my posterior prolapse. I’m so glad I didn’t take her advice because I got my second opinion and my surgery and it turned out really good. I would not recommend this doctor at all.!!!

Only Interested in The Money
When you ask questions she interrupts you and acts annoyed that you would dare question her. As others stated, she is only interested in you as a surgical patient. If you refuse her invasive procedures, she interrupts you and acts dismissively. I have since switched to another provider who told me I did not need any of the surgeries or procedures this one insisted I need.

God used Janet Harris-Hicks to change my life. For years I have struggled with incontinence...24/7...365 days a year. For someone who honestly has not one care in the world....NOT ONE....I was miserable. It controlled my life, literally, my every move. I was at the end of my rope, and my sanity was slipping away. I was ready to give up... when Dr Janet was recommended to me. She is an hour and forty-five minutes away from my home, but if I had to crawl to get to her...I would. She understood the magnitude of my condition and the first words out of her mouth were...”well honey...we are gonna get you all fixed up!” I fell in love with her sweet nature, her positive and uplifting attitude, and her desire for me....a perfect stranger...to be whole again. I’m 3/4 of the way now on my journey back to a beautiful life. Where are YOU on your journey? No time like the present to get started. You will thank God for her...as I do! Bless!

Very personable and knowledgeable doctor. I wish I had gone to her sooner. The procedure was done as an outpatient. No more issues with stress incontinance. Despite TV ads, you don’t have to live the condition. A very caring and professional doctor and staff.

Am a patient of Dr Harris-Hicks for urinary incontenence. After years of wrong diagnosis, she determined what was wrong. She explained all treatment options but left decision to me. Although I noted a long wait time, when you are with her, you are treated as her only patient at that time.

Dr. Harris-Hicks is about her business! She has everything right in her office which added to her efficient diagnosis. She took her time to explain and answer all of my and my husbands questions. Although surgery was the outcome for me. Even that was done to my satisfaction. A condition that I suffered with for years being told I had IBS,IC and a prolapsed bladder. She repaired what needed fixing not with a pad for a pill, but true medical knowledge and surgical skill. Thank you E. Jones
