Dr. Janet Perdomo, MD

I was extremely disappointed with Dr Perdomo's treatment and assessment of my condition. She diagnosed me for possible lyme disease (this was wrong). She made me come in for an office visit only to tell me I did not have it (even after I had called and she already had the diagnosis) She prescribed a very common drug in its most expensive formulation (36x the generic) My brother, a doctor himself, was enraged when he heard this and commented that some doctors do this for pecuniary reasons. When I asked Dr Perdone about this she said 'deal with it' and 'that was my problem' and maybe I could find 'another use' for it since I didn't need it for the Lyme disease I didn't have. I feel very sorry for any patient that comes across her path and has limited funds (although I would assume she doesn't care).

Very disappointed with this Doctor. Her office staff is very unprofessional. I was admitted to the hospital in March 2023 and in April I went to a follow up appointment with Dr. Perdomo. Now come December I made an appointment to see her again as my problems have come back. I received three text and 2 calls to confirm this appointment. I show up to the office today and am advised that I had a bill for $200 that I had to pay, FYI NEVER ON ANY OF THE CALLS WAS THIS SAID! I explained to the front desk staff that at no point had I received a bill from her office and she called someone else to explain. A lady with a very nasty attitude, unprofessional and horribly dressed came to the window and said my insurance had not paid the visit at the hospital and that I owed that amount, I went on to tell her I had never received a bill from Dr. Perdomos office stating I owed any money. This lady that has no people skills went on to tell me that my insurance had sent me a bill when in fact it had no

Dr Toirac has been an excellent physician to me !! Very caring, and personable. I love her way to. Communicate and explain, her knowledge. Overall extremely happy with Dr Toirac and with no hesitations I will refer my family and friends to her.

I will highly recommend Dr. Toirac, she is a very good Dr. and very knowledgeable. My experience with her was excellent. She went above and beyond explaining me everything about my health condition.
