If I was an option to rate this facility lower than 1 I would.... This is the most incompetent office I've come across.. Staff is extremely slow, You have to make SEVERAL CALLS to get anything done.. They will inconvenience and you will not receive the type of care you need. IE: Instead calling to verify insurance appointment cancelled.. I and the insurance company pretty much had to hound them for correct.. 2. Prescription not sent to pharmacy correctly made several calls for that... 3. Doctors orders not sent after days of visit.. didn't find out until going to imaging center.. Made my final call to office with no response.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE

Horrible. One literally has to fight her to be examen. She walks in and walks out in two minutes. Always down plus everything! Worst dr ever! She doesn’t take the time to hear a patient out. For her it’s always oh take tylonal . That’s how one ends up in the emergency room

I really don't care for Dr. Solomon. She doesn't take the time out to see what's really going on with you. She doesn't like giving you medicine when you sick. I remember I went into the office one time. I was feeling so bad. I was Vomiting, chest pain,flem and fever. She told me I had a virus. Later that night I ended up going to the emergency room. Turns out I have pneumonia. Til this day she is still the same way. My advice to patients is not to be seen by Janet Solomon if you want to get bett

The worst doctor I've ever met. Terrible service, terrible staff. I would not recommend!!!!!

Never met dr only PA called back and was told a week later had a UTI and given naproxen for pain and antibiotic for infection. Been calling dr since wife has pain and Brenda said dr would call back. They never replied. Calling again Brenda now has me on Hold for office manager. Picked up 5 times and placed back on hold. Said I didn't say dr would call. She said to come to office and wait to see dr. Maybe a few hours waiting

I don't usually write reviews but I found myself compelled to do it for the sake of safety for whoever reads this for themselves or for their loved ones. It's very unfortunate to write this but Dr. Soliman is indeed a very incompetent and careless physician. First, she rushed through the exam and didn't give a chance for my mother to tell her what she's complaining of. Gave her a higher than normal dose of diabetic drug-my mother almost fainted alone at home due to hypoglycemia

The worst Dr. Ever, she is horrible and her staff is not helpful as all.
