Horrible
She was not interested in a thorough annual skin checkup. Weird bedside manner. Rude and unprofessional, she did a hard sale on wrinkle reducing shots. She removed a tiny bump from my eyelid, said it would not affect how I looked in public, and it was a disaster for days afterwards. I only went to her because of her quick availability. I doubt that she has many return patients.

Terrible
Spent 2 seconds with me and then charged a level 4 visit. The only dermatologist I’ve ever been to who doesn’t use a dermatoscope and barely looked at my skin for a “skin check”. Blew off my concern for a lesion that ended up being a basal cell carcinoma when someone else later biopsied it. She was more interested in selling her products than catching my skin cancer.

No confidence in her diagnosis or lack of treatmen
Quick, not interested in exploring any further. Kept saying my lesion wasn't cancerous. May or may not grow, but my insurance wouldn't pay to have it burned off. I should have it looked at again at my next annual exam.

Abrupt, impersonal and a poor listener.
She was in my face. Didn’t listen and constantly asked me if I had any questions. Also she recommended that I have a scan which she could have done at that appointment because the problem that I came in with it seemingly disappeared. Really judgmental. Go back to Ohio.

I actually quite like Dr. Moranz. Reading the previous reviews, I couldn’t help but laugh. The Dr is a brilliant, no-nonsense person who doesn’t suffer fools. I have done Botox, laser hair removal, and skin checks with her that turned out terrific. I would much rather have a board certified MD who went to a top tier medical school work on me than a nurse or medical assistant. Which is what you sometimes get elsewhere. Yes she is crisp and efficient. I appreciate that as I have things to do.

9-25-2018 I saw Dr Janice Moranz at Epiphany Derm. She came in and looked me over fast and quick, scanning the skin. She started throwing many strong medications at the issue. When I asked her what it is I have she told me, "I don't know. Its puritis, that means itchy skin" then she proceeded to tell me "Once you are on the third tube then call in to set a new appointment to come in because we wont refill without seeing you first." This “Dr” was going to start issuing strong medications at me?!

I'M NOT IMPRESSED!. She saw the bump on my chest and less than 5 seconds later had the freeze can in her hand freezing it, saying it was a wart. I told her my doctor thought it was some form of cancer. She ignored that, and said it should fall off within 4 weeks. No questions were asked about the growth pattern, color changes I've seen or the bleeding. If you want a discussion or have questions go to someone else. No compassion or bed side manner, and she's in/out less than 5 minutes.

Unimpressed with the experience. The medical assistant (if that is who she is) never identified herself nor did she wear a name badge. Seemed inexperienced and my history was not accurately recorded. This provider was in a hurry, spent less than 5 minutes with me. Conducted an incomplete exam and then at the end tried to sell me sun screen. Would not recommend this provider and I will not return.

I was referred to Dr. Moranz by my primary care doctor at Presbyterian. What a bizarre appointment. I was very uncomfortable in the room with filing cabinets, two other people in the room, and a table in the middle. I almost walked out except for the fact that I had been referred by a legitimate doctor. I had serious skin concerns but all she did was burn one mole off my arm after I did not show an interest in buying her expensive skin products. After 7 months I receive a bill for $142.

Felt like I went to the vet. Zero confidence in mole screening she spent nearly zero time on (and its changing again, gotta go get a real opinion). Peremptory and disrespectful responses to my attempts to discuss my skin. Real communication impossible. Actually, vets are far better.

Impatient and rude. Her office is in the same room as her filing cabinets, as the patient room, as the procedure room. No privacy. One of the worst doctors I've ever been to. No privacy. One of the worst actors ever been to. So bad it was almost funny!

I found her to be pleasant. As we talked about my concerns, I was thrown for a loop when she then began to sell me her products. When I showed no interest in purchasing the expensive products, she quickly gave me a prescription and I was then rushed out. I will not return.
