Dr. Janusz Burzynski, MD

He spent more time rambling about random topics than he did taking my daughter seriously. After waiting so many months to get in, it was so frustrating to be dismissed like that. Even when trying to advocate for her, it was so weird. He should retire.

Dr. Burzynski was very dismissive of my daughter’s symptoms (even after being referred to cardiology by multiple different doctors & after having abnormal cardiac symptoms and tests) he basically told us that her symptoms were all psychological. Though after seeing a psychiatrist, the psych doctor completely disagreed with Dr. Burzynski. After seeing a different cardiologist, they confirmed the issue is cardiac related. Honestly it just seems like Dr. Burzynski is lazy and doesn’t want to do any work, so he just blames it on anything besides what it actually is. Going to him is a waste of time and money. Maybe he should retire if he doesn’t feel like doing his job.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Burzynski since I was 5 years old. I’m 21 now, and still follow up with him. Throughout my care, he has been extremely helpful and informative to both myself and my family. I’ve felt confident knowing I’m under his care. He is aggressive at ensuring patients are properly looked after, and has always been very friendly. It’s immediately noticeable that he takes his job very personally and seriously. I’d strongly recommend Dr. Burzynski for anyone looking to build a long-term relationship with a cardiologist who is approachable, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable.

When he saw my son 14, 6ft 210lbs he said nothing is wrong with his heart, they did tests before talking to us. He started saying the problem is he's fat, that all Americans are fat & all Europeans are thin, the problem is American food is all sugar, European food is good. The appt was about pain in my son's knees when standing & the discoloration. He just brushed it off. I asked to talk w/him again & said actually listen to us. He said he'd refer us to His orthopedic buddy he cussed a lot too
