Telehealth
It's been more than 10 days since the consultation and I haven't been able to get treatment because it doesn't answer my questions about what I recommend that I haven't been able to buy. The assistant who answers me on the phone when I call has not yet been able to get her to change my medication, so I want to demand that my case be treated.

Stay away
Most unprofessional woman in the business of medicine. She cancels appointments left and right. They don't even do a good job of cancelling because I still got a confirmation call the day before. Then she overbooks everyone for the same day resulting in waiting times over 1 hour and an office full of people that can't even find a seat because they don't have enough chairs. When she finally walks in then she looks at you with no expression on her face like she's over dosed on antidepressants and proceeds to ask what she can do for you, spends not even 5 minutes and done.Stay away! Will be reporting her to my insurance too.

01/16/24Terrible service, three hours of waiting, this doctor was so lazy to work that she didn't even do her job well, she kept yawning while treating me, disheveled... I told her about the itchy pain in my ears due to psoriasis and she didn't even take the moment to see them, rather she didn't see any of the psoriasis on my body and it was my first appointment, she was going to send me three prescriptions for the Pharmacy and she only sent one, I called her office today and the girl who answered me rude without education he told me... and what do you want me to do?? Then make another appointment so that they send you the prescriptions... (just to get more money out of the Insurance) as if it were my fault and not the doctor's.. I don't recommend it to anyone... from one to 10 I give zero

A True Dermatologist
First time patient. I was prepared to wait based on previous reviews. There are two specialists sharing the waiting area so that in part explains why so many people waiting. At the end I found what I was looking for, a true dermatologist. I visited two other dermatologist in yrs past and they were all about cosmetics but they lacked knowledge. Dr. Sánchez showed great knowledge on skin conditions, took the time to explain treatment, expected results and f/ u if . I did not mind the wait to be able to have a consultation with a true professional. I recommend he100 %. We wait for many other things which are not important. A visit with Dr. Sánchez is worth a wait.

I have been going to Dr. Sanchez for many years, she has detected skin cancer for which I recieved treatment. I just had my check up. I was there, in and out. I have never waited a unreasonable amount of time for a visit. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez! The staff treat me just as well, like a good friend!

I went to see this doctor to have her treat a skin condition. The doctor never examined my skin. In fact, she didn't even got out of her chair to take a look closer look. She made a diagnosis and prescribed a cream to treat what she called a skin irritation from behind her desk. Certainly not the kind of care you'd expect from a dermatologist. Do not waste your time going to see this doctor.

First of all, most of the staff is uninformed. They are negligent and with a really bad service. My dermatologist left me in the middle of my psoriasis treatment,(if you know you're leaving soon, why take new patients?). she prescribed me a medicine and the office took a month and a half to processes all the information and send it to my insurance. I had to call myself to the pharmacy and constantly give back and forward messages between them. The worst thing is that my psoriasis got worst.

I called for an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. She said we don’t have an appointment for another two months, ok I said then could you schedule me for them, she said no you have to call back in two months. I was then very puzzled. I asked if you’re that booked when I call back in two months aren’t you going to be booked again. She responded you have to call back. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she denied that I speak to anyone else. This is terrible customer service.

I came in with hives from an unknown origin and I was itching everywhere. When she came into the room that I was waiting in, she did not even introduce herself. I was a new patient and I did not feel welcomed. I feel as if she did not care to hear about the hives but was focused on getting a biopsy and every question that I had was answered with the biopsy will tell us.

The office staff is HORRIBLE! They're extremely rude, argumentative, inefficient & clearly not in the correct profession with such nasty attitudes. The doctor seemed ok... I had to force her to actually talk to me & she seemed unconcerned that my entire body had been covered in a itchy rash for 30 days & rushed me out.The receptionist claims she left me a message with the results, can receptionists even do that?? Do not go here... save yourself the aggravation & drive a few more miles to Kendall
