A great office, staff. and doctor
I had a lot of anxiety about choosing a new doctor after my long-term physician relocated. The staff was very professional and at the same time friendly and understanding. We did the initial intake in about twenty minutes. I then met with Dr. Pachter and found him to be kind and reassuring. We had a good talk and I felt very confident in his professional ability and my ability to trust his judgment and advice. I was the first person in the office, but soon other patients arrived and they seemed to feel just as comfortable and welcome as I was. I had put off finding a new doctor for six months not wanting to go through the 'newness' of the process. I am glad I took my time because I am sure I have found the right doctor for me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR
I would not recommend Jarid to anyone seeking medical support This doctor has the bedside manner of a high school bully. My appointment was outrageously inappropriate and unprofessional on EVERY level Have reported to NYS Department of Health

Dr. Pachter did not take me or my health concerns seriously, and refused to order any tests. He is not a nice man or a good doctor. Come to find out, a different provider did the necessary tests and found my diagnosis (one that, if left untreated, would have debilitated me).

Contrary to another reviewers feedback, part of why I see Dr. Pachter is that he does not order tests unnecessarily. Furthermore, he explains why this is so. Just because other doctors perform annual EKGs and urine tests, that doesn’t mean they are necessarily. In fact, the current literature states otherwise.

WOW,he forgot to order blood work ,a urine test,an EKG,all these tests are an important "part" of a yearly physical. Dr.Pachter is all so busy being in love with himself. This is not behavior of a Doctor, this is failure of a man,not worthy. Please try to remember the oath that you have taken,to do no harm, only good.

For me, Dr. Pachter was able to recognize a lot of things that my other several specialists were not able to uncover because their company has a bad habit of overloading the Doctors with patients. Dr. Pachter has an incredible memory and bed side manner that doesn't make you feel uneasy no matter the situation. I have learned more about myself in the 3 months with him than I have in 6 years, elsewhere. He is willing to help and fight for you, but if you don't communicate directly; he can't.
