Dr. Pondo runs a great office and is a phenomenal doctor. He listens, discusses options, and you never feel rushed, like you're just another check in the "patients seen" box. The office also gives you access to your electronic files, which helps more than you may think, especially when you need to recall previous test scores, weight, blood pressure reading, etc... Lastly, Dr. Pondo is very personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pondo is extremely well versed in his practice and explains everything to you in terms you can understand. As a patient, you should be informed, do you research. That makes it easier for you to ask the right questions and to get the right answers from the doctor. Dr. Pondo is very prompt, there are never long wait times when I go, which is a great plus. His staff is also very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I am so glad I finally found a GP I like.

I've had different situations I've presented to Dr. Pondo over the years. He always listens to the symptoms I am explaining to him and the experience I am having. He is able to target into figuring out what is going on and treats me accordingly. He hasn't disappointed me yet. My standards are pretty high. I really appreciate him and it feels good to have him to turn to when in need!

NOT good experience at all, rather HORRIBLE and dissapointing. I have gotten to the doctor to ask him for help because I am feeling absolutely exhausted and the fatigue feeling that has overwhelmed me for months, is getting so bad that I am falling asleep while driving and drifting into opposite lanes, potentially eventually causing a fatal accident. I specifically told that to the doctor and I also added that I have difficulties sleeping (though sleeping through the night, I get up even more ti

New patient looking for a wellness checkup. Made first availabe appointment which was 3 weeks out. Once I arrived at the office I waited 45 minutes without seeing the doctor before leaving. Doctors and their staff need to be more considerate of patients time. I understand emergencies may arise but they should phone or let the patient know once they arrive in the office that there will be a delay.

He is a great dr. My husband and I visit him couple times. Very professional personal . We definitely will continue with him.
