my appointment was 11/30/2020 it was cancelled that morning at 7:16 am, I called the same day it was cancelled at 10 am had to reschedule. I called the number for the scheduling department and was on hold forever until I was forced to leave a message, to which I did with my information. It is now 12/27/2020 and I have yet to get a call back to with a new appointment day/time.

Dr. Bender is phenomenal! He accepted me as a new patient and was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. He talked to me about my family, any issues I've been having, and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. Regarding test results, he told me to call in a week if I haven't heard from him and to demand to speak to him because he understands paperwork gets lost and doesn't want me to wait any longer than I have to. I would recommend him to anyone!!
