I have been a patient of Dr. Friedman's for approximately 9 years, and he is wonderful! He spends quality time listening to his patients and makes suggestions for your well being. Because I have a chronic issue, I have had numerous procedures done through the years, but he definitely is as gentle as possible; and I have had much success, but since my problems are chronic - it is a recurring issue. His office staff is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

What a nightmare from start to finish from the first day I met Jarred Freeman. He complained about how my insurance company only paid $40 per visit. Then I was rescheduled multiple times took up to 3 1/2 months for the injections in my lower back.When Jarrod did the injections it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt. For days after the injections i couldn’t sleep , or couldn’t lay on my back . I was in severe pain. I called their office and advised them , luckily they were able to get me an emergency appointment to see the practitioner, at that appointment i expressed to her that I did not have pain like this prior to the injections. I was told I needed to get an MRI to see what was going on and that there was a possibility he may have hit a nerve ( which would explain the severe pain) . After they submitted the MRI I was told it was denied by my insurance, I spoke the office yet again and told them that they needed to state that it was medically necessary for them to approve. At that point I received very unprofessional and nasty attitudes from everyone and was told that the practitioner never said the mri was necessary or that a nerve might have been hit. They went into defensive mode and were very combative.After multiple calls back and forth ,I finally went back to my orthopedic doctor and explained everything that has happened they were able to do there job correctly and my mri was approved within days. If you value your quality of life then I would stay far away from this doctor and never question why your appointments we’re rescheduled multiple times over a 3 month period especially after being told that he only receives $40 a visit from my insurance.

Dr. Friedman is a kind and knowledgeable professional. He sincerely listens and takes time to make the patient feel comfortable.

No long wait. Staff very helpful. Dr Friedman is very thorough and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable and treatment so helpful and eliminated my pain.

Dr Friedman prescribes a plan that works best for me, based on what I have to say, his observations of my ailments, my history and available up to date technologies that he may use to diagnose and treat me. He also explains in detail what he has determined to be the cause, and what is or not benificial as a treatment.. Doctor has never pushed any unnecessary proceedures, always a positive disposition, and realistic approach to pain management.

Dr. Friedman is very thorough getting the location, severity and type of pain from what patient reports both orally, on tests, and on forms filled out before each appointment. He does patient exams as needed and is concerned regarding how pain affects your daily life, including your enjoyment of life and ability to sleep at night. He assists me with control of my chronic pain with meds and schedules injections as needed for an increase of pain not controlled by meds. The office staff is very polite, efficient and knowledgeable regarding their job. Denise is always willing to answer any insurance questions . I’ve been a patient of Dr. Friedman for several years and I am extremely pleased with my care and interactions with his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Friedman for just over a year. I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back. I was in so much pain and so depressed I honestly didn't think I would ever be back to normal. Thanks to Dr. Friedman I am back and happier than I have been in quite sometime. I have been a patient of Dr. Friedman's for quite awhile. I feel he shows compassion and truly cares about his patients. He does not rush you, he listens to everything you have to say, and he always has a way to try to get you better. His staff is great and they are always on top of the situation. I am in healthcare as a practitioner. My insurance through work is limited. Dr. Friedman was the only one in the area for me to see. After, reading all the negative reviews on the different sites, I was honestly a little scared about seeing him. I did not find him to have any of the stated qualities, which is why I am writing about my own experience. He was kind and knowledgeable. He told me about articles I could read and sources to support his points. He did point out where he thought previous treatments were not necessary and recommended I avoid additional injections. He recommended medication combined with therapy, and home stretches, strengthening, and pointed out how I could change everyday things that were contributing to my pain. My experience was excellent. I would recommend him without reservation. He was never told him I am a healthcare practitioner with 20 years of experience. I hope this helps people. He is a good doctor. I recommend him without reservation.
