DO NOT COME HERE!!
Their scheduling system is the worst. Came in for an appointment at 10:30am and did not leave the facility until 3:00pm. Their staff go to the back rooms to avoid being approached or questioned about updates. They will skip you and bring someone else in before you. The worst place you can imagine. Do not waste half your day here.

Horrible experience, would never go again
As others have said, this place is pathetic. Particularly their scheduling system. There's no schedule, no appointments. You call and they ask you to come, and you go wait there for 2 hours (on a weekday) before the doctor sees you for 5 minutes. I'm surprised how many people still seem to be fine with this ship in 2022. I would never ever go here again. Ok apparently I'm short on the character requirements for the review so let me vent out more of my frustration at this place. The case i was referring to above was *after* they called me and asked me to come. I had to wait for 2 hours, i cant imagine how amazing it would be to just walk in and expect to see the doctor. Of course we are in this system where doctors appointments are hard to get, but its honestly pathetic to make sick people Wait for hours. Really hope they get their act together. I went in there to get a medical exam done. The good thing about this place is that there's a lab available next door so it's convenient.

Would not recommend this doctor. First, she does not give appointments. It is walk in, but on weekends you should not even bother to go in because you have to wait 2+ hours OUTSIDE in the heat. You cannot even wait in your car becuase the line is first come first served. Second, the doctor does not wear any sort of coat. There is no proffesionalism in this facility. I once waited to get a blood service done for 2 hours just for the blood doctor to leave before I could get served. Why could there not have been seperate lines for general help and one for blood work? Lastly, I have been prescribed a medication that the doctor has been in charge of contacting my insurance to see if it would be covered. It has been over 2 weeks and no update despite constant calls to the office. Again, stay away from this doctor at all costs.

The office is poorly managed. Wait time is over an hour long even with an appointment. The doctor seems unconcerned. The staff is rude and the place is unsanitary. On top of that, the doctor refuses to discuss test results on the phone and requires that you make an appointment to see her. Even if the procedure you need is determined on the results. So you have to take a gamble, take off of work for another appointment to to talk to the doctor who might turn you away because your test results disqualified you for treatment. The way they treat patients is disgraceful.

Very poor time management. Doctor is rude & doesn't care. I went there for a blood test. When the results came, I wanted to discuss something with the doctor. When Called, secretary said you have to come in person to discuss, doctor won't talk about it on phone. I went there & waited for more than one hour to speak with her for LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. she billed my insurance AGAIN for that as an OFFICE VISIT. When I called about that claim, secretary said doctor will get back. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK

If there is a way to give this doctor a 0 rating, I would. Not only is her staff extremely rude & repulsive, the doctor has no respect of people's times. You get to sit in her waiting room for close 2 hours before you see her. If you are unlucky enough to sit behind patients of the same ethnic background as her, be ready to spend a little more time than the 2 hours flat. There is a serious problem with time management here; worse is when the bathroom is poorly administered for patient care.
