I was treated a few years ago by Dr. Pedersen for Plantar Fasciitis and was very pleased. Nice guy and convenient location. I had a small accident this weekend where the toenail detached from my big toe...very, very painful. I was out of town at the time so bandaged my toe, called first thing Monday morning to get in and was told no appointments available THE ENTIRE WEEK. Not even for an emergency and current patient. Didn’t want to go to ER as timing is during COVID. Website says he’s accepting new patients but how since he can’t see current patients? I asked if they could refer someone who could help me now and the girl told me to Google podiatrists! REALLY ?!! Obviously looking for a new podiatrist.....

Dr Pedersen is a kind and caring doctor. He was very thorough through my special needs sons exam and was so patient with him. He took his time with us and made sure that I understood everything that was to happen before I left he didn’t make me feel rushed or unimportant. His staff was very kind and helpful from Check in to paying my bill. It was a smooth process in a very welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Dr Pedersen and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Pedersen spends time with you, he explains everything he's going to do, he does what he says he's going to do, appointment times are always there when you need him. Plus he's a good guy.

The office is clean, the staff is very helpful, and the service was great. Jasen diagnosed my issue, administered treatment and also offered helpful information for preventative care. I am completely satisfied with my experience.
