Dr. 'Sonny' Bisla - an honest review
I am writing this hoping my experience will save others from the financial and emotional anguish I was put through from Jaskanwal 'Sonny' Bisla.During my visit with 'Sonny' he explained that my suspected condition of Long QT Syndrome could only be determined by a DNA test. After I explained my insurance doesn't cover DNA testing he said, 'what if we covered it for you?' I was so excited. I asked him WHY he would do such a thing. He explained that LQS is very rare, possibly related to SIDS and more research needed to be done. I was blown away that such a doctor existed. A few weeks later I received the large bill for the DNA test. Dr. Bisla denies ever having this conversation. Calling back to their office a few times, I finally got someone to admit 'I don't know why our providers keep promising this'. I hope you read this Jaskanwal 'Sonny' Bisla, and realize the effect your words have on others. I now have to figure out how to pay hundred of dollars in bills beca

Dr. Bisla is awesome. The first thing he asked, after he introduced himself, was that he wanted to get to know a little about me and then he sat down. I was shocked in that it has been such a long time since a doctor, other than my primary care physician, has taken time to develop a relationship with me. It was WONDERFUL! I felt valued as a person and as a patient. That is so precious. He was gentle and compassionate in his exam. He talked about what he wanted to do and why. I have and will continue to recommend him.
