Meh
I saw Dr. Sohal for over 5 years before finally switching to another provider this year when my insurance changed. She is a friendly and intelligent person, but really not a competent doctor. She seems to 'phone it in' in terms of her level of commitment to quality care. I did not ever feel I was in good hands with her and was happy that I never had any serious condition during that time, since she would likely have bungled it. I would not recommend her.

I saw Jasleen when I was pregnant to get updated on my vaccines, she was nice. A year later at the beginning of the pandemic I had a yeast infection & the only thing that works for me is the single dose diflucan. I messaged her that morning asking to send a prescription to my pharmacy. The office said they'd pass along the message and be in touch shortly. I wait the entire day and wind up having to reach back out myself and be told "She wants you to make an appointment and come in but she isn't available so call and schedule with one of the other providers." I was uncomfortable and in pain for 8+ hours to be told no & to come in during a pandemic for a common yeast infection. It would have been less infuriating if she wrote back immediately but she had me wait an entire day to be told no. I called Teledoc right afterwards and a prescription was ready 20 minutes later. Maybe she doesn't get paid unless patients come in but in no way was this service in the best interest of her patient.
