Dr. Bookert is very knowledgeable, detailed, and uses best practice for each condition. Telehealth has become the new normal and she is still able to connect with her patients like she was standing/sitting in the same room with them. I will always recommend her to all my friends, family and anyone looking for a great Doctor.

Dr. Bookert made my telemedicine visit so comfortable. I was nervous since I had never used telemedicine before, but her friendly and down to earth manner made it so much easier. I appreciate that in a physician. Will use again if needed.

If you are sick and don't have time to wait for an appointment or go the the ER, try Dr. Diagnosis. I got the prescriptions I needed and didn't have to get out of bed. Dr. Bookert was my doctor and she made it a great experience.

Dr. Diagnosis is a wonderful telemedicine company. The providers are friendly and take the time to educate you on your diagnosis. Dr. Bookert was my provider this time and was so nice and friendly. I did not feel rushed. Will use agin.

Dr. Bookert is such a friendly doctor and very down to earth. It was my first visit with her but it did not feel that way. If you need to be seen quickly, without an advanced appointment, Dr. Bookert at Dr. Diagnosis is a great option.

I saw Dr. Bookert for my acid reflux. She explained I could do myself to help the symptoms and helped me with a refill of my medication until I could see my GI doctor. Excellent service!
