I was worked in for a same day appointment. Dr Park spent an ample amount of time discussing my diagnosis with me. I felt comfortable the whole time and appreciate the level of care I got today 9/21/21. I will be returning for a follow up in 4 weeks. Thanks again.

Visited Dr. Park for pink eye, flu and lung infection. Was not given pink eye meds (had to visit eye doctor and incur cost for this the same day). Was told flu/lung symptoms were not serious. And was given a nice lecture on diet and exercise. She is a by-the-numbers gal with little personal warmth. I was a HUGE fan of Dr. Carolyn Sigman (retired) and Dr. Park ran this practice into the ground. Have since switched practices - after being a patient for nearly 15 years. :-(

I have seen Dr. Park for several years. Before I saw her, I saw other family doctors before. She is top on my list because she is very careful and explain in details.

If no stars were available- that would be the rating. Probably, the worst doctor that I have ever been to. She inherited a huge and happy practice and only has succeeded in alienating most of those patients. Uncaring, and full of herself. Run as fast as u can to another doctor!

Last time I was there, she was inconsiderate, and was not listening to anything I said and assuming things that were incorrect. I am sure my chart is so wrong, cause I would say something, she would repeat it and it would be totally different from what I said, as she was writing it, I would try to correct her. Very frustrated after I left the office.

I had been with this practice for years under the phenomenal care of Dr. Carolyn Sigman (who retired). It only took one appt w/Dr. Park to decide I would take my healthcare business elsewhere! I had a couple of symptoms I wanted to discuss w/her - one being tingling in my hands when I slept. Apparently she'd spent enough time with me (which wasn't much), when she told me to make another appt w/her to discuss the tingling. BTW, "I" had to introduced myself to her!

Ms. Park does not have enough experience. I am a male. Felt she was not comfortable doing my physical. She could not give any good advice about blood test results. Go to specialist seems too easy for her to say. Have been patient at this office 15 years. Former doctor was great. New management, new doctors and new much higher prices. Horrible billing office. Every family member's bill was submitted with errors. We are definitely finding a new doctor we can have confidence in.

Never got to meet her. She is new to the practice I have to for 20 years. Appt was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. Only 1 other person in the waiting area and she was filling out paperwork. They gave me the paperwork, told me they would call me back before I finished the paperwork. I returned the paperwork while still in the waiting area. At 9:44 they called me back and said I would have to reschedule my appt as I did not get to the office 15 minutes before the appt. completely unacceptable!
