She don't care about autistic kids

Dr. Ramos is a wonderful doctor. I took our older daughter to Dr. Ramos her entire childhood and received care and attention that other doctors do not seem to provide any longer. Unfortunately, over the years there has been staff that isn't the most helpful and the hold times are a bit excessive. Despite the office staff, I wouldn't switch providers because of it. When having our second daughter, the only provider I was hoping would be covered by our insurance was Dr. Ramos.

Dr. Ramos is great. My son has very complex health issues and she has always taken her time with him..she is the reason we have home nursing available to us which has literally saved me from a nervous break down. She always makes sure he has whatever he needs. I see the reviews about the staff, yes they can be a little dry but as long as the Dr. Is great Im happy.

I called to make a physical appointment for my daughter but was left on hold for about 10 minutes on 8/13/19 so I hung up, redialed because I thought that they forgot me and then I got a Voice recording that said that they were closed. I Love Dr Ramos. I’ve been going to this office for years because I love dr Ramos sweet personality so I’ve stayed BUT Her off office staff is negligent in answering calls, leaving me on hold too long, cutting me off when I’m speaking, disorganized, not informative and not very warm. They talk so fast that i feel like I’m an inconvenience. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this office staff. Very disappointed again. This is how I would present this office to people.

Worst pediatrics office I’ve ever been too. THE most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen. Front office staff is deplorable. Rude! Bad attitudes! Wait time is a joke. Doctor is NEVER running on time. Staff does nothing to update patients/parents. There is definitely a reason this place has horrible reviews. Heed the warning. Take your business and your precious kids elsewhere.

We have been going to Dr. Ramos for 15 years. We LOVE her! She is compassionate and interacts well with my kids through each stage of their life. I HATE her office staff. They are rude on the phone, and consistently act like you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their jobs! Dr. Ramos needs to finally fire her office staff and get a staff who reflects the values she shows patients. It’s a shame they are still there with so many complaints. They take away from a great doctor!

This office should really be shut down. The office staff is among the worst in the nation. They have absolutely no empathy for their patients. If the pharmacy calls you to warn you that your child's doctor just prescribed a medication that they are deathly allergic to, seek legal action! We need to hold these medical professionals accountable. I am repulsed with the lack of professionalism at this office. The doctor herself is great. She truly is, she listens to any concern I've had. I've been taking my son with Dr. Ramos, for almost 3 years and I have never had a bad experience with the office staff or Dr. Ramos. Yes, they have made small clerical mistakes and the waiting time sometimes is a little longer, but I don't mind waiting being that I want the same attention that all the other patients are getting.

Office Staff is terrible, wait times are LONG. We've never been seen until after we've waited more than an hour. After 5 years I'm fed up and we are changing care to another doctor.

Dr Ramos has seen our children for 20 years the youngest is 16. The front office makes mistakes consistently. One of them, Ana, is very unpleasant when we pick up prescriptions or refills, it's very uncomfortable dealing with her. Unfortunately she's the one we have to deal with. This is not to poorly reflect on Dr. Ramos who is wonderful; however, our experience in her office is consistently disturbed by the rude service in the front desk by her receptionists.the staff appears not to respect
