Dr Bickel admitted to blindly signing FMLA forms for me and my employer for 2yrs. After being ill, missing work, needing my fmla paperwork updated and seeking his medical services the last time , he actually read my request and denied my FMLA. After signing for 2yrs I could only assume he would continue as this was the same foot problem I always had. I went to him to reach a resolution and I explained how because of his actions of blindly signing important documents I could lose my 21yr career for too many absences. He did not care or offer any resolution. All of this was his fault. There’s more to taking care of patients than sticking needles and writing prescriptions.He is/was too proud to admit his mistakes and correct them. There’s prob a law against what he did. There’s definitely a moral law that was broken.
