Does not listen, misdiagnosed skin cancer
My husband went in at my request to have a skin lesion evaluated. The doctor brushed it off and said it looked like an ingrown hair. I scheduled an appt with a dermatologist and it was skin cancer. On another occasion, I had norovirus and had a very painful issue afterward. He did not even examine. It was embarrassing to even mention, but it was painful, then I was not given appropriate care. He does not do a good job of ensuring preventative care is up to date, either.

Love Dr. Brockway, he is no-nonsense, speaks normal english to me and doesnt treat me like a number. He also pointed me in the right direction to save on the medication i needed. which saved me a lot of money. and i love how easy the mychart process works. if i have any non urgent questions, or just a simple refill, i can just request it online and the office follows up really quickly.
