Wasted time, wasted money. Bleeding out in the parking lot is a better option than care from this person.

Most arrogant physician EVER
I came in at 3:30am in severe pain with a dangerous medical condition that requires medical attention when I become ill, and I’ve been in this ER before with the condition. When Dr. Brown came in, he kept interrupting me when I attempted to explain what brought me into the E…as I am in severe pain and actively vomiting. He blatantly told me that the reason I came in (which was because I was sick and have a chronic illness), was not in fact the reason I was there. Why? I dont know. I have a medical ID, and an emergency medical kit, all to prove that I required specific medical attention, all which I should NEVER have to prove in such a dangerous state. He proceeded to order loads (13 tubes) of bloodwork without telling me what he was testing. Along with this, he ordered medications for me to take, both orally and IV, and was never told what they were, until I asked the nurse who was very helpful and sympathized with my frustration. Overall, had a terrible physician and scary experience…

Zero star was not an option
Our experience at SEORMC ER with this so called physician has greatly impacted our view of this organization as a whole. Dr. Brown was arrogant, rude and dismissive of our mother who was in cardiac arrest at time of arrival though he dismissed us without any diagnostic results or treating our mother for her obvious chest pain and shortness of breath. Instead this doctor suggested that we were overacting and presumably making up our mothers symptoms which were obviously apparent. We drove our 85year old mother to Genesis in Zanesville who admitted our mother immediately for cardiac arrest and subsequent heart failure. We could NEVER have expected such poor and inadequate and inappropriate behavior from a physician at our local hospital. BEWARE of this physician and provider!

My son was in a fender bender, he was in pain all day with his back, so I decided he needed to be checked out... this doctor comes in shakes our hands then pulls up a chair and chit chats. He tries to size up the accident after talking with my son and determines he doesn’t need any x-rays or anything really. He run his hands and pressed spots on his back stated the right lower side may be slightly swollen in comparison, and that they could give him a shot. It was around 4:00 in the morning I ask if he could get my son an excuse he refused stating he wasn’t an advocate of writing excuses for school for non-injuries I said it’s late he’s not going to have enough rest, he then proceeds to brag about working a shift with a broken arm. My son felt like his pain was invalidated he was upset and refused the anti-inflammatory shot he was offered. My son is 16 and a good kid not a pill head or drug seeker my son truly felt like the doc had him pegged for that. He is pompous, arrogant, and rude
