A knowledgeable doctor
This was my first visit with Dr. Burgess, so I cannot comment in depth. Office staff were all friendly and helpful, and I was taken in for my appointment within a few minutes. Dr. Burgess was pleasant, and definitely knowledgeable, giving me much information about my vein condition and about his plan for next steps. We will know more when I return. I feel I am in good hands so far.

Warm experience from start to finish
Great medical office with convenient parking. Prompt digital checkin, eliminating the typical load of paperwork. Appointment communication was superb and I had a warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Burgess the team of staff that took time to go over the diagnosis process clearly. Ultrasound is done so thoroughly and I was walked through the procedure and treatment options. Highly recommended

Excellent care for vein problems
Dr Burgess is a highly regarded vascular surgeon, who was specifically recommended to me by my primary care physician. Dr Burgess was thorough, respectful, careful, and honest in helping me select the best course of treatment for my varicose veins, and I know that I am in excellent hands.

II was in for an evaluation for redness in my legs. I was very pleased with Drs Burgess and decision to go forward with an ultra sound.

I have found Dr. Burgess to be a highly skilled surgeon and physician. While sometimes his bedside matter is much to be desired, all you have to do is ask him a question and he will answer it. He always made sure to explain everything and understood what to expect. Remember, we are not there to make friends and if you want a skilled doctor that knows what he is doing, he is your man. If would go back again if I needed to, no hesitation, even though he went to Chapel Hill. (joking)
