Asset to the community
Dr caswell really fights for this community. He definitely goes above and beyond what a normal provider does. I've been struggling with an issue for years. He spent over an hour with me and fixed a lot of my health issues. I can't say enough how pleased I am with his care and kindness. He is a kind soul

Dr. Caswell is absolutely wonderful. He listens, is kind, smart and incredibly easy-going. He genuinely cares about his patients and he’s the only physician my family will see. We strongly recommend him!

Dr. Caswell is an amazing physician. completely non-judgmental. He understands what is it like to be a lesbian. I have been a patient at the Residency clinic for a long time- always awkward and weird. Until Dr. Caswell, hopefully he stays in Cheyenne after he is a resident.. He is needed for LGBT community here.
