Dr. Dugan is a highly knowledgeable medical professional. He is well organized, well prepared, efficient, full of energy and very likable. Unfortunately, I found out that he is leaving MCMG very soon. I will miss him greatly. You are losing a great professional and a great asset and I hope you find a way to keep him. I wish him success for a great future ahead.

I had a similar experience as K. Tran. Spoke to Dugan for 5min about my concerns that a new medication was causing dizziness, and ended up with "lapse of conciousness" DMV suspension. No fainting/seizures etc. Was told I needed to see his specific neurologist that was not covered by my insurance.

DO NOT SEE DR. DUGAN!! He's nothing but a terrible doctor who misdiagnosed his patient's symptoms, falsely reported to DVMV without notifying his patient, refused to write up driver medical evaluation, abused covered insurance benefits by requiring unnecessary tests and visits with specialists. I never fainted/lost consciousness & never had a seizure, but he reported lapse of consciousness to DMV, ordered me to see a Neurologist & a cardiologist unnecessarily, & refused to complete DMV form.

Doctor Dugan takes time to listen to his patients and he understands that the patient knows what's going on in their own body. I sincerely felt like the Doctor heard me when I told him about side effects I had to some medicine and didn't just brush it off as chance. It feels great when a doctor seems to care about your well being and health overall. He also has a great memory and really gets to know his patients. I recommend him to everyone.
