Billed 9 Months After Service
The Doctor was fine. His staff or billing department is a solid mess. It took them 9 months to bill me for an ER visit that took 10 minutes of the doctor's time. This bill came out of nowhere. I've already paid nearly $3000 in bills and now they want more.I went to the ER 11-25. They submitted the bill on 12-3. Insurance bounced it back to them for more information. The bill between insurance and the doctor was settled on 3-18. I received my first notice of this bill on 6-15. On 7-1, I received final notice and a note that I'll be turned over to collections. Thanks. Really appreciate the prompt service from your billing department.

This Dr is the most caring, soft spoken Dr. He was genuinely really concerned about my. He took his time and he let me talk. Lagrange hospital has a real gem with this one.
