Look for Another Provider
The doctor did not listen to complaints, seemed to be in a hurry. The reception room was stuffy and had a smell of... you know, you were to see a urologist. 'You are fat' was the explanation of one of the issues, and that was not true.

Dr Durbin himself is very good, but..
Dr Durbin himself is very good, personable, professional and he really listens to your concerns, but his staff on the other hand are often subpar - not getting back to you within their promised 24hrs or sometimes never. Numerous other mistakes are common too, such as changing a prescription but only letting you know about it ten business days too late. Individually I give him 4.5 stars, but this staff-assistants drops that down to 3 stars, as the buck stops with him as they say.I will edit this review if the situation with his staff improves.

Dr. Durbin was very attentive, he explained everything I needed to know and anything I wanted to know. He scheduled a procedure that will tell him how to treat my kidney issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Durbin.
