Very unorganized
He is a semi good dr but that place is so unorganized. You can never call the office and actually talk to someone. You always have to leave a message even with the receptionist. His days that he is open and the times change all the time. If it’s a holiday then you can never get a hold of anyone. If you need a medicine refill then you have to leave a message. It may be 7-10 business days (their business days)before you get it. After hours they have an on call answering service but you can’t leave a message or leave a message to get a prescription filled. When you do get to see him it’s always well try this meds and if it don’t work try this meds and see you in 3 month. By the time u actually get help you have a ALOT of money in co-pays and the 1000 meds that he has you to try. His nurse amber is great but he is under staffed and the others are rude! He don’t have telehealth or online ways to contact someone or leave messages. Only open like 3 days a week until noon.

Excellent physician and staff
I'm thankful to have a physician and the Entire office staff! If you want a caring, thorough Dr, I highly recommend that you give them a try! My health is difficult at best but they all give 110% to each of their patients. Excellent group of professional people that will do everything possible for your health and wellness.

I like the doctor staff is not that great
He listens well and really cares. Never feel rushed. Staff is disorganized and their listening skills need improvement, their billing is a mess and prescriptions are a devil to get called in correctly.

Dont waste your time...way too many in this area
Over the many years I Have come to read doctors body language cues and they will tell you much. What i learned in first visit was there were no basic suggestions regarding relevant treatments and or options or testing and no inquiry about If I needed medications was as they say the "poker tell" regarding medical care. Seems not to care service was lacking .

Dr. Hudak seems genuinely interested in listening to issues and concerns expressed during the appointment and better yet, has the knowledge and intelligence to determine the best course of action for solutions. He is the best diagnostician I've ever had the pleasure to see. I'm confident that he is proactive in caring for my health and well-being.

Dr. Hudak has been my husband's and my family doctor for 7 years and we have no complaints at all. He takes time to answer our questions and listen to our problems. When Charlie was in hospital after 3 strokes, Dr. Hudak was there every morning. He was there for me through cancer. His staff has always been nice and courteous. I would and have recomended to friends.

Dr. Hudak was supposed to release me from the hospital after a clearance from all other consulting physicians. He made rounds at 630am. He did not see me at all, but noted that he didn't see fit for me to leave. How did he come to that conclusiin? After contacting management, he suddenly thought I was fine (how so?). He still has never met me. He failed to properly evaluate me in any manner. He either failed to treat or held me unnecessarily.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN NURSING STAFF! I left x3 messages on a Friday when they were open 7:30-12:00,all before they closed and NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. It is common courtesy to return a phone call. Left x3 more messages with the answering service, again no on returned call. I wouldn't be calling if it was an important medical issue. obviously no one cares!!!! Since Ashley his nurse has left.... went down hill

Dr. Hudak helped me through a very difficult time. He spent extra time...time he was not paid for to help me gain medication from Bristol Meyrs Squib that I could not afford while going to school. I will be forever greatful.

It falls to reason. Dr. Hudak is not a part of a medical group, therefore politics are at a minimum. If you have a reasonable request, you will receive a more than reasonable response. This coming from a licensed health care provider with twenty plus years.

Dr. Hudak is a very good doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone. I have been seeing him for many years. He recently added a nurse practitioner Lindsey Friley. I have seen her a couple times and I really like her as well. I think they will alternate at times if you don't special request one or the other, which cuts my wait time down even more. I trust their expertise.

You'll be lucky if you ever get to see Dr. Hudak at his practice. You'll see a nurse and get billed the same amount you would if you got to see him. And, if you dare get a second opinion from another doctor because you didn't trust the nurse, they'll cancel all of your appointments without telling you. He kicks you out of his practice and refuses to see you again. Hudak Family Medicine used to be a good place, but it is no longer good. It's ridiculous what they do. You never see him!
