Dr. Laird is an excellent doctor. He is thoughtful, kind, and gives you the time you need to explain your health situation. He listens carefully and does not rush the appointment. I highly recommend him. He is among the best physicians I have seen. That said, he needs to get a different person to run his office. He has his friend, a male office manager, who is sometimes not very friendly. Even so, I recommend booking an appointment and seeing Dr. Laird. He is great.
