Horrifyingly, my experience mirrors another parents below, awful, wickedly uncaring Doctor. Took my child to the ER after 2 solid weeks of throwing up, diarrhea, and vocal complaints about stomach pain. Dr. Little could not even pretend to care, or listen, or investigate further. All he had to say was it's probably viral and let it pass. Only after INSISTENT argument from my wife (who is an Ivy League educated care provider in her own right) did they decide to do an ultra sound. The ultrasound tech believed and confirmed there was debris in the bladder and might be causing a UTI, the doctor, I guess, said something about how UTI's are rare in males and just didn't want to do anything further, so they discharged him. If you don't give a darn about patients, thats fine, but for God's sake stay away from children. You lack basic empathy and I weep for those poor parents who are not medically educated that take their children to see this man. All I can say is stay away and good luck.

As a parent & nurse , I’ve never met a physician who rushed me to make a decision about my child’s plan of care, cut me off while I was speaking to basically say, “cut to the chase”, or told me that if I chose the alternate plan of care for my child, we’d be looking at an additional 4+ hours spent in the ER b/c he would take care of all the current ED patients first & then my son would get care. My son was in a lot of pain so I felt overwhelmed when trying to decide between my son having to suffer for several more hours or choose to go with Dr. Little’s suggested plan, which as a nurse I understood, but as a parent, I know my son and what treatment plan I felt was best for him both physically & emotionally, even though there were additional risks, but rare risks based on my sons health history. It’s unfortunate b/c the hospital itself and RN staff are wonderful, I will not choose this ER again in an emergency based on my experience.
