have seen Dr. Mallin regularly now for several years. He is an amazing doctor. His ability to diagnose, treat, and relive the pain and other symptoms of my migraines, Maniers, cervocogenic dizziness and neck pain have been nothing short of miraculous. Dr. Mallin is a very friendly, very down to earth, caring, empathetic and kind person. He is one of my favorite docs ever. I have come to consider him a friend. He cares deeply for his patients and it shows in his practice. Dr. Mallin is 'old school' brilliant with a background and education from Harvard and University of Tel Aviv in Isreal. He studied internal medicine, psychiatry and neurology! Dr. Mallin is an amazing, genuine, kind hearted, super specialist. If your in search of a neurologist, I highly recommend Dr. Mallin.

Grateful for Dr. Mallin!
I have suffered with chronic migraine and fibromyalgia since 2011. I have seen several neurologists in GI, but they kept leaving. The 'pain specialist' I saw before Dr. Mallin was just learning about migraine injections and Trigger point injections and I was getting no relief. I am so grateful for Dr. Mallin! He listens, is patient, doesn't sugar coat things, is honest and knows what he is doing! He is thorough and isn't afraid to tell you when things won't work for your condition. I appreciate that immensely!

So very pleased with Dr. Mallin!
Absolutely wonderful doctor in every way! I had gone from GP to cardiology, to emergency medicine physicians, to internal medicine physicians, to Otalringologists for frequent, worsening, dizzy spells and bouts of vertigo leading to anxiety and panic attacks. None could pinpoint causation. Visiting with Dr. Mallin, we went over history, he listened to my experiences and symptoms. He did some tests and spent a good amount of time with me and came to a diagnoses of Manier's, (Endolymphatic Hydrops). This turned out to be the correct diagnosis after two years of doctors saying it was BPPV, or transient vertigo or motion sickness, blood pressure issues, or anxiety as primary cause (all understandable guesses as to root cause, but incorrect). Now with the correct diagnosis we are working on a treatment plan. Dr. Mallin is kind, caring, empathetic, patient and takes time to listen to his patients. I'm so impressed with Dr. Mallin! Five Stars! Highly recommend!

Dr. Mallin has been my husband's Neurologist since September of 2019. We are so very blessed to have such a wonderful Neurologist in Central Nebraska! He makes sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. His entire staff, including his Nurse Sue, make sure that they are available to you for questions and concerns. I truly feel that they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible.

I seen him on several occasions and the more I came back the less important I was I had a stroke at a young age and had tremors he was not concerned with the stroke at age 32 but with the tremors which had subsided. I had notice injections in my leg in a room stuffed with doctors it was very traumatic and painful and could not walk without rolling my ankle for weeks. I have horrible migraines and have went to someone else because my one med for preventative dropped my already low blood pressure and made me lightheaded while my in office blood pressure was higher because of anxiety and fear. My emergency med did not work and after three attempts to make contact with the office to change it no one would return my call. I am discustedby the way I was treated and hope that no one else has to endure the pain I had to before they seek other help go to Lincoln not kearney.

Dr. Mallin has done miracles for me!! I started going to him in June 2016 for issues with severe migraines that I have had for years. He started me on a series of shots, and since then I have not had any migraines. I had seen several doctors before him and none of them were able to help with the issue. He listens to my concerns and asks me questions to figure out the best options for me. I am now able to spend time with my grandchild and not be in constant pain. He is a lifesaver!!

It has been a blessing having had Dr. Mallin as my Neurologist since the onset of Parkinson's Disease. He is a very engaging and caring physician with regards to addressing my specific issues. Dr. Mallin consistently takes the necessary time with me to do an assessment of my status and to answer any and all questions that I may have during my visit. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Dr. Mallin to others who require the same level of care that he provides.

I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor before. He was rude and condescending and didn't give me a chance to go over all my symptoms with him. After telling him of the first two symptoms he was sure he knew what my diagnosis was. When I told him another doctor had already ruled that out, he flat out said he didn't believe the other doctor and wanted to do the same tests again. I will not be going back to this doctor.
