Great experience
I took my 14 year old in to be examined. He treated us with respect, actually listening and interacting with my teenager...treating him like a person, not a child. He did a thorough exam, ordered tests that were needed, and treated the fever immediately! All the staff were so kind, helpful, and polite at UPMC NorthWest.

Rudest worst Dr ever glad upmc nw got ridof him
Dr made me go to er . Manross insulted me treated me bad and did nothing to help and released me with bp over 200 over 115 higher than when my Dr sent me

Worst ER physician I have ever experienced. He didn’t give me anything for my nausea and told me to wait until the pharmacy opened in the morning to get my nausea med script filled which would.mean several hours. Why go to the ER and pay for treatment when they don’t don’t do anything for you? I will never go back to UPMC Northwest ER again!
