Dr. Jason Philippe, MD

I was searching for a new PCP and came across Dr Phiippe. I was very impressed with his communication and demeanor. He treated me with respect and listened to all my concerns. We outlined a plan going forward and I look forward to seeing him and the office staff again. Everyone was very friendly.

Dr. Philippe was very professional and attentive on my visit. Unfortunately, a lady named Nancy not so much after my visit. I waited an entire week for a prescription which never arrived at the pharmacy, went to see her at the office and left a message that I have not received medication as per Pharmacy. Medication was sent to pharmacy and Prior auth 2 weeks later not done for a Diabetes medication which she stated was told were not priority. This Lady Nancy said she had summited my prior auth when I had confirmed twice that it was not sent. I think is easier to be nice and say, I'm sorry I understand you need your meds, and I'll try my best to get it ready, but instead she was nasty knowing I was right. Won't be going back unfortunately to that office. Specially if I'm not a priority.
