If you’re looking for excellent clinical expertise and a professional office, look no further. Dr. Pruzansky clearly explains his diagnosis and what the options are with a recommendation as to how to proceed. He doesn’t waste time with small talk yet is unhurried. I had chronic carpal tunnel and it reached a point where I couldn’t sleep well anymore. The procedure alleviated most of my symptoms. He is frank and honest.

Dr. Pruzansky is the worst doctor I have yet to meet. He is impatient and arrogant. If you’re a woman stay away. He is uncaring and contradicts his own diagnoses. Which just leads to confusion. I wanted to see his father Dr. Pruzansky but settled for Jason BIG mistake! I went in thinking he would be capable based on other reviews. True disappointment.

He is an excellent doctor, i severed a tendon and nerve so I required surgery. Pruzanksy is punctual, to-the-point, and highly skilled. I don't consider him to be particularly warm and charming, but he is a professional surgeon. The office staff is excellent and I am never waiting around in rooms for the doctor - it's a punctual, well-oiled machine.

Great surgeon and communicator
Dr. P explained my fracture, showed and explained the x-rays, and explained two options for treatment. I chose surgery to promote proper healing and better range of motion after healing. Dr. P does everything himself--putting on casts or braces, taking them off; I asked him why because I've had PAs in other surgeons' offices do those things instead. He said he wanted to be sure everything was done right. I appreciated his calm conversation in the hospital prior to my surgery, where he explained everything thoroughly. He's extremely skilled, attentive, interested, and really nice, and I would go to him again in a minute! Oh--his staff is always really helpful and courteous.

I'm a happy patient! – Jun 28, 2022

Patients often solely report negative experiences online, so it's important to note that I've also left a very positive review for another physician with whom I have a long-standing relationship. I saw Dr. Jason Pruzansky for a minor injury and left the office knowing (and communicating to him, right then and there) that I'd never return. Dr. Pruzansky seems accustomed to working with workers comp patients; it feels to me that his process is much less beneficial for those not in that "bucket." In addition to billing for my in-office visit + x-ray (as expected), he also attempted to add on a global fracture code which would have left me with several hundred dollars out of pocket, as I was leveraging my private insurance plan, not workers comp. When questioned about this, it was positioned as my issue. (Subsequently received a second opinion via a health system -- no global fracture code whatsoever). I work in healthcare and strongly disagree with the way in which he practices medicine.
