Not the same.
Five years ago you walked into the office everyone was smiling and friendly. My two visits this time we saw no one smile. They scheduled my surgery before they had all they needed then tried to make sound like it was my fault. The NP and others had an attitude. They were in a big hurry and things weren't clear. NP was to get info from the hospital and call me back. I'm still waiting to hear from her. I will be using a different surgeon even though I was happy with him the first time. I won't be treated the way the office staff treated us and give them more of my time. Very very dissapointed.

If you had a "negative" system, this doctor and office personnel would have rated a "-2". New patient with 4 fractures in the foot; do you think this person was in pain? Initial appointment with really well; notations and follow-up are horrible. The patient was released, no notations for the assistant, about a prescription for medications. I called the office at 1645 hours on 22 July 2020 to see if the doctor could write a prescription; office said that he was not in today and would have to call him. Gave her my number to call me back, 23-hours later, no return call. Yes, they are accepting new patients, but looks like they need the initial monies, more than a thoroughly doctor/patient and follow-up from the office. A very unpleasant place to be if you have fractures! Would I recommend this office? Definitely NO, do not bother and waste your time.
