Great Office visit
I went to Dr. Rolling for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me. I’m going to use him for shoulder surgery.

Terrible issue with ego. I have one leg an inch shorter than the other because of his arrogance. He told me that he could handle my case but his arrogance costs me my career and much more.

I injured my shoulder & the 1st orthopedist spent ~10 min in the room with me before recommending surgery. I saw Dr. Rolling for a 2nd opinion. SO glad I did! He not only ordered xrays of my shoulder, but also my neck. He spent ~40 min in the room with me doing an EXTREMELY thorough exam, FULLY explaining EVERYTHING to me including his findings, my MRI & X-ray results, & my options. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed & seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. I liked that he looked beyond the shoulder since it turns out there's an issue with my neck that's making it worse. When I thanked him for being so thorough, he said he thinks it's important to be that thorough bc patients will have an easier time getting on board with doing what needs to be done if they fully understand what is going on and why it's so important they do it. Upon his recommendation of no surgery, I have cont with PT and am doing much better. Love, love, love Dr. Rolling!

Dr. Rolling is my hero! He has performed multiple surgeries on my shoulders, the last was full reverse shoulder replacement. He is phenomenal. He is a people doc, talks "with" his patients not to them. I love Dr. Rolling and have sent a number of patients to him. Looking for a talented ortho, stop looking.

trying to actually get in touch with a real person is a PAIN! Rolling is good tho. He is personable and does a great job explaining stuff. Wait time can be another PAIN, but it seems it may actually be the staff dropping the ball and not him lolly-gagging.

Called for an appointment, several hours later they called back to schedule. Waited a month for the appointment, went to the office filled out paperwork and provided my blue cross insurance card. Was then told that I would be responsible for payment of the visit in full. I asked for an estimate they said it could be $100 or $500 or so. All other practices will file with the insurance co then bill the patient. They said sorry, we're different.Seems their priority is money so I found another doc.
