Dr. Jason Somogyi, MD

Diagnosed my hand problem and offered solutions to assist minimizing immediate surgery. He is very personable and listened to my issues.

Dr Somogyi listens carefully and provides precise information along with the options. He has a keen memory of my concerns and treatment history. And, after a successful carpel tunnel surgery on the right wrist, I have total confidence in his care whenever wrist or hand issues flare on the left.

Dr. Somogyi and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred to Dr. Somogyi by my PCP on Monday . On Wednesday, his office called to schedule my appointment for Friday! Within 5 minutes, I was in the exam room. His office is set up to take X-rays, which Dr. Somogyi read immediately, and gave me my options for treatment. I chose to receive steroid shots and they've worked great!! I am very pleased with Dr Somogyi and his staff!

2 month old wrist injury was not getting better. Went to Dr Somogyi because of upcoming ski trip. Wish I had gone sooner! Efficient visit with clear recommendation. Relief day after visit and steroid shot.

Dr Somogyi is professional in all areas of care. He is a caring and excellent surgeon. I have had both of my basal thumb joints replaced by him. He takes the time to visit with you and explains in depth your problem and gives you options on treatment. His staff is as caring and supportive as he is. Cannot recommend him enough. Wonderful doctor and very caring individual.

All aspects of care were exceptionally great. On-line registration saved me time the day of my appointment and fascilitated the role of the receptionist, medical assistant, and radiology tech. Dr. Somogi's expertise in the treatment of shoulder disorders was discussed in detail, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured about our agreed plan of care. Grace's professional, calm bedside manner alleviated any apprehension I may have felt during treatment.

Dr. Somogyi is professional, knowledgeable and an amazing surgeon. He replaced an arthritic joint below my thumb. The process went exactly like he said it would , and I am doing great. He did an amazing job.

I went to see Dr. Somogyi for some pain in my hand. I had been to see him a year ago for the same problem and he gave me an injection both visits. I really like him- he’s very friendly and takes time to listen to your problems with pain.

As one who has suffered years of rheumatoid arthritis damage to his hands and wrists, I have way more experience with orthopedics than one could ever want. This doctor did a fantastic job of replacing the knuckles of one hand to give me function again and got me to a great physical therapist for the rehabilitation that was necessary. Because of my age and circumstances, there was a real question whether I should have done the surgery at all and the doctor made a perfect situation for me to have a relaxed conversation in which he was totally focused on my concerns before I made the decision. I cannot imagine going to another doctor for hand issues.
