I went to see him because I was dealing with vertigo. It was my first time seeing an ENT in my life. He did the most basic check of my ear and didn't offer any other options. I thought that was it for me. I went to go see a colleague that works in his his department as well and she offered: - 2 MRIs- 2 Referrals (Neurologist & Physical therapy)- balance test - manual vertigo test - 2 different prescriptions to try out. She told me that she did not know what was going on with me but that together we would figure it out. Now I have my diagnosis thanks to her. This guy could've done way more and simply decided it wasn't worth his time. I'm very disappointed.

Thorough, friendly and very professional. A bit abrupt, but he just wants to get directly to your condition. And he does.

Disappointing visit, incorrect diagnosis. Find a more experienced, knowledgeable physician. I came with a ringing in my ear, hx of vestibular migraine. I explained and brought medical records (e.g., spinal tap, six brain MRIs, balance testing, EVP, audiology test performed just months ago.) I explained I had seen two neurologists and MS was ruled out, etc. , He barely looked at me and appeared not to listen. When finished, he stated "I hate to tell you, but ear ringing for someone your age is almost always a sign of MS." He sent me down to audiologist which ran a hearing test - they barely explained what they were doing and were rushed - then I returned to see the dr. and he told me to see the neuro as my hearing was fine, he "didn't know what to say." I returned to neurologists, had more follow-up $$ testing done, and no MS, nothing the ringing was due migraine. As my neurologist said, this doctor should leave brain diagnosing to the professionals.
