Dr. Winterhalter has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. He has never rushed an appointment and always takes time to listen to me. He has been my primary physician since he started practice here. I have never had any complaints. The staff at Cherry Westgate have always been pleasant and professional. His nurse Ruth is exceptional and very personable.

It is his way or the Highway. He is not willing to discuss problems. If you question him he has a temper, quits talking and shuts down all communication. He seems to forget that he is working for the patient.

Dr. Winterhalter definitely listens to his patients. He spends the time needed to appropriately diagnose medical conditions. He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate medical professional.

Is not confident in his doctoring skills. Has repeatedly seen patient for same diagnosis yet wants them to be seen every time even if its within the same week. Should be able to understand a patient knows their body and to work as a team with his patient. So he is either in it for the money or as stated is not confident in his position.
