He make laser to my kidney and I suppose in and out but I stay in the hospital for a couple weeks to much laser causing a hemorrhage and I never see him again the office give appointment just to tell me I have to pay never received apologies for him not recommending even free

He is not good. Does not listen. Does not run tests. Doesn’t wear mask during Covid. Leaves patients in pain.

I had an unfortunate encounter with Dr Rizzo while IP at Cape Coral Hospital, my first ever hospital stay.... He was very rude, would not listen to my concerns at all. The testing so far, all showed normal findings. The test I was requesting he refused to do, as I was concerned of a blockage within my prostate causing infection, with no other options for finding out the cause. When I started asking questions he became angry and loud, when I asked him to calm down, he then said go see your urologist and stormed out of my hospital room slamming the door, saying to go see my urologist for testing. Dr Rizzo penalized me for being a former patient of his practice, across the street from Cape Coral Hospital, even though I was never his patient. This man does not even earn the one star I was forced to give him in this review. I would NOT advise anyone to use this arrogant Poor excuse for a doctor for their urologic concerns.

My experience has always been excellent from the front desk to the nursing staff. As for Dr. Rizzo he's the best in his field. I'm more then confident in his diagnosis, which I can't say that about other doctors. Dr. Rizzo and the staff have served my family well for almost 20 years. They are sensitive to our needs which for me shows they care.

I was referred to Dr. Rizzo after an ER visit 15-20 years ago. He is wonderful!! He is very straightforward and to the point. He has a good sense of humor (important to me), has always been nice and personable. HIGHLY recommend!
